This Privacy Policy describes Our policies and procedures on the collection, use, and disclosure of Your information when You use our AI Chat application (the “Service”) and tells You about Your privacy rights and how the law protects You.

Interpretation

The words of which the initial letter is capitalized have meanings defined under the following conditions. The following definitions shall have the same meaning regardless of whether they appear in singular or in plural.

For the purposes of this Privacy Policy:

  • Account means a unique account created for You to access our Service or parts of our Service.

  • Application refers to the AI Chat app, the software program provided by the Company.

  • Usage Data refers to data collected automatically, either generated by the use of the Service or from the Service infrastructure itself.

Personal Data

While using Our Service, We may ask You to provide Us with certain personally identifiable information. This includes, but is not limited to:

  • Profile photo (if You choose to upload one)
  • Any photos or videos that You upload to the Service

We collect this data to enable user registration/sign-in, profile creation, and in-app functionality (such as sending messages, uploading images/videos, etc.).

Usage Data

Usage Data is collected automatically when using the Service. It may include information such as Your Device’s IP address, browser type, the pages of our Service that You visit, the times and dates of Your visits, unique device identifiers, crash/analytics logs, and other diagnostic data. When You access the Service on a mobile device, We may collect certain information automatically, such as the type of mobile device You use, Your mobile operating system, and other diagnostic data used for analytics or to improve our Service.

Information from Third-Party Social Media Services

You may register or log in using Your existing Google account (or other Social Media Service, if applicable). If You do so, We may collect Personal Data already associated with that account—such as Your name, email address—and any other information You make publicly available on that platform.

Information Collected While Using the Application

With Your permission, We may allow You to upload pictures or videos from Your Device’s camera or photo library. These uploads are used to provide and improve our Service (e.g., profile pictures, sharing images within the AI chat, etc.). You can enable or disable access at any time via Your Device settings.

Use of Your Personal Data

The Company may use Personal Data for the following purposes:

  • To provide and maintain our Service: including enabling essential in-app features like messaging, uploading images/videos, and analyzing usage trends.
  • To manage Your Account: to manage Your registration as a user; the Personal Data You provide can give You access to in-app functionalities available to registered users.
  • For performance of a contract: for any purchases or paid services offered through the Service.
  • To contact You: To send emails, push notifications, or other communications about updates, security enhancements, or administrative messages.
  • To provide You with news and updates: Unless You opt out, We may send You special offers and general information about related services.
  • To manage Your requests: To respond to inquiries or requests You make (e.g., customer support).
  • For other purposes: We may use Your information for data analysis, identifying usage trends, improving our Service, and evaluating marketing campaigns.

Your information may be processed at the Company's operating offices or anywhere parties involved in deployment and analytics are located. By using our Service, You consent to the transfer of such information to these locations, with appropriate safeguards in place to protect Your data.

Delete Your Personal Data

You have the right to request deletion of the Personal Data We have collected about You. You may do so by:

  • Using an in-app “Delete Account” or “Delete Data” feature, or
  • Visiting this account deletion url, or
  • Contacting Us via email at hi@taylordb.ai and requesting account deletion.

We may ask You to sign in (or prove account ownership) to complete the deletion process. Note that We may still retain certain information if legally required (e.g., compliance records, dispute resolution).

Disclosure of Your Personal Data
Business Transactions

If the Company is involved in a merger, acquisition, or asset sale, Your Personal Data may be transferred. We will notify You before it becomes subject to a different privacy policy.

Law Enforcement

We may disclose Your Personal Data if required to do so by law or in response to valid legal requests by public authorities.
